How to add Activity value('06' = delete) in object:V_LIKP_VST?

Hi,

With reference to the OSS note:580226, to control the deletion of Inbound/Outbound Delivery.  First we have to add activity ' 06 ' to the object:V_LIKP_VST.  In our authorization roles do not have activity ' 06 ' as shown above, so how to add ?
