upload sold to party role using BAPI

Hello CRM Expert,

we are on SAP S/4 hana Premise edition.

All Customer master T-code are absolute like XD01,VD01

In SAP S/4 hana have centraliza business partner.

i want to upload Customer using Customer/vendore integration through business partner i am using bapi FICU_BUPA_DARK_MAINTAIN_INTERN to create customer master.

i have create a test case for bapi but city and Country is required feild.

MSG no R1304

Required field City has no entry                                          ADDR1_DATA-CITY1

Required field City has no entry                                          ADDR2_DATA-CITY1

Required field Country Key has no entry                              ADDR1_DATA-COUNTRY

Required field Country Key has no entry                               ADDR2_DATA-COUNTRY

But i have enter city and Country in structure in T_BUT020

Please help where i am missing city/ Country.

if anyone have source code of this bapi please share with me.
