While merging the accounts, the source mobile number is not getting updated in master's mobile number. After merging the accounts the telephone number and mobile number are stored in ADR2, the field R3_USER for mobile number is updated as blank('') , but R3_USER should be '3'.

Can the concept of “Reference Business Partner” can be used for the creation of BP Roles other than “consumers”.
The given blog says that ref BP is possible for BP Role “Consumer”
In SPRO also the link says “Maintain Reference Business Partner for Consumers”.
Hence the query if it is beyond the role of CONSUMER.

We have an archiving job which uses 'CRM_ARC_SACONT_SAVE' program.It archives sales contract data which are 365 days older. But it's failing frequently and shows below error log.
"Archiving object or class CRM_SACONT does not contain structure CRMD_ACTIVITY_H
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE "
when double click on the above written 1st message, it shows below message in SAP.
Message no. BA048
Structure CRMD_ACTIVITY_H is not known for archiving object or archiving class CRM_SACONT . It is not contained in the definition of the archiving object or archiving class, nor was it registered dynamically during the write phase via the function module ARCHIVE_REGISTER_STRUCTURES.
The archiving program is being terminated.
Check the write program to see whether you actually want to archive data for this structure. If not, you must correct the write program. Otherwise you must make structure CRMD_ACTIVITY_H for the archiving object or archiving class CRM_SACONT known. Preferably this should be done through an entry in the definition of the archiving object or archiving class (in transaction AOBJ or ACLA, respectively). Alternatively, the registration can also take place dynamically in the write program.
Here we don't archive CRMD_ACTIVITY_H data. We only archive (sales contract) CRMD_ORDERADM_H data.
Please help me to know why its failing and is there any solution to fix it.

Hi All,
We are not doing any prcing for order in crm so we have not assigned, created pricng procedure in CRM.
order getting created in CRM nicely and replicating to R/3 and getting the pricing procedure in R/3.
BUt when order getting updated from R/3, we are getting the message " unable to recieve procedure ... for usage application CRM.
we are thinking of creating dummy pricng procedure in CRM to avoid this or is there any way that we can handle this is middle ware.

Please let me know how to change the assigned account into contact person in CRM WebUI.
I created contact person and assigned account into it. After that, I can not change this relationship in CRM WebUI.
The data field for assigned account is inactive(display mode only). so I can not change it any more.
Additionally, please let me know how the responsible sales person is determined by log-on user automatically.
I would like to get any idea for it ASAP.

Hi,
I want to fetch condition values from quotation created in sap crm.
As all the condition values are stored in table PRCD_COND, I am trying to access table PRCD_COND to fetch values.
Now, I am unable to get the KNUMV (Pricing Document GUID) and KPOSN (Item Number) fields.
Can anybody provide me the link between these fields and quotation, so that I can fetch values from this table.

I want to see Analyse Application log Tcode(slg1) on the basis of order No.
Becouse this error is not showing in Analyse Application log .
How to see this error in Analyse Application log.

Hello Experts!
We are going to study the implementation of Territory Management in SAP CRM 7.0 EhP2, mostly because it will be necessary for authorization management in the near future. However we currently manage this in an custom external tool that does other things related to TM as well, and replacing it is not an option for the moment.
The way things currently work is that the data is coming from SAP R/3 and has a relationship linked to the Customer that is considered its Territory.
The Sales Territories have Business Partners currently in our system, and we have a relationship automatically updated from R/3 that is created between the Customers and their given Sales Territory.
The idea would be to create an automatic rule based on this relationship (one for each Territory node then). We cannot duplicate the rules that we have in our external tool as they are not only based on Business Partner classifications, but other non-objective criteria so rules don't really exist currently. Is that possible? Documentation is fairly generic on this topic and quite complicated to test it out and figure it out by myself (or if you have a tutorial to point to that would be good).
An idea would be to have a custom program update the Territory ID field based on this Relationship I guess, but if we can craft this rule in SAP CRM Territory Management that would be better.
Another point, is the way "Employee Responsible" would be managed this way.
We have two Sales groups, one is directly managed by the Sales Territory hierarchy that we will implement, the other one is more for very specific Customers. These two groups work together if Sales Reps are assigned to the same Customer (it's not one or the other).
We are not sure yet how to manage this. Whether doing it in our external tool, and working it's way to SAP CRM using a Partner function/Relationship as we're already doing. Could we create a second Territory hierarchy for these specific sales reps that have their own worlds? It would mean having 2 Sales Territory assigned to a Customer, which would probably be impossible? Maybe not?
The issue here is the authorization for both groups, and the fact that they should be able to find quickly their own Customers in SAP CRM, update their Appointments, Tasks etc.
TL;DR version:
- SAP CRM 7.0 EhP2 Territory Management: can we create a rule for Customer assignment to a Territory based on a specific Customer relationship?
- Can a Customer be assigned to multiple Sales Territories (one being the real Employee Responsible, the other one being some "VIP" sales with absolutely no automated rules)?

I have two problems with the partner determination in Sales Order.
Now we have a partner procedure determination with an access sequence CRM_PROD_SALES_A.
But in our case the Vendor (plant) should be determined by sales area.
First we need to assign the plants to a sales area, but we don't have this option in SAP CRM in the BP transaction. Is there an option in the CRM to assign a Plant to a several Sales Areas?
Next, we need to determine automatically the Plant in the document (sales order), obviously the determination must be with a sales area-->plant.
The determination is at item level.

Hi All,
I have a requirement that users need the ability to manually apply a price condition at the header level of a sales transaction but delete the condition at the item level.
I know this defies standard logic but they do not wish to use an item condition because their transaction may have 100+ line items and the discount needs to be applied to be applied to all but a few items on the transaction. It would be time consuming for them to apply the condition line by line and because the discount is not consistent between products/customers (it is individually negotiated), I cannot use basic condition records to determine what/when to apply.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how a header condition canbe deleted at item level? I would appreciate any feedback.

I have a scenario where a set of approvers approve any investement(E.g. Promotions) in SAP CRM(TPM).
These approvers are determined based on the employee responsible of investment i.e. every employee responsible has a different set of approvers.
How is it possible to get relevant approver data in workflow using Organization Structure? Is there any ther alternatives to achieve the same?

I new in SAP CRM, i create a product model for a product that configureable in SAP CRM 7 web UI, when i want to use the product in Sales order, i cannot find the configuration tab,
I already tried to simulate the model and its work fine, and i got error that no knwledge base for my product,
what i know that, Master data that are create in product modeling is automatically written to SAP CRM database in a knowledge base, and is available there for product configuration in all SAP CRM configuration scenarios
but why there is no tab configuration in material when i am using in sales order, and got an erro no knowledge base?
can someone explain me how to solve this issue? and are there how to guide for Product modelling?
After making a new org unit in the ppoma_crm, I went about executing the program "crm_com_orgman_ ......" to create a BP for the unit, but the following error is received.
And goes on to suggest that : "You have attempted to access a business partner for which time-dependent data has already been maintained, although the time dependency for this data set has been deactivated."
and the correction suggested is:......" To be able to process the data of this business partner again, you must activate the time dependency for this data set in Customizing of the SAP Business Partner"
On investigating / following the help notes further I find that the BUT100 is not activated for time dependent, yet the above error I am getting.
Where am I going wrong?
