Opportunity - inform sales people, if changing note

Hello Experts,

I have the following requriement from my sales department. I am note sure how can i implent such a secarion in CRM.

Some times 2 sales people work on one opporuntity an entering theire comments into note field.

Main Question: If one salespeople create/change the note in Opprotunity. How can i informe the other sales peopl, which work on the opportuntiy.
