BP's Assigned to territories

Hi Gurus,

How can i get all the business partners assigned to particular territory. I know that we can log into WEB UI and give that particular territory ID and get the details from Rules. Imagine a situation, That i need to pull out the data for 260 territories. Is there any std. program to run and check? Please explain me step by step to get the details.\
