Dear Folks,
I have a scenario: The scenario is : There is a central team who receives the RFQ from the Customer and in that RFQ the products are related to all 4 divisions. Now each division is handled by separate division head. As Central team does not know which product should be entered in the quotation. So the decision of entering the item in quotations will be taken by the Sales Coordinator.
Currently Central department send/mail the RFQ details to each division's sales coordinator. Each Sales Coordinator works separately and provide a separate quotation in the excel sheet after approved by their division head. Each Sales coordinators has do the things parallel to save the time.
Then Central team collect& consolidate all the quotes and send single quotation to the customer.
There could be a many solutions:
As far as my knowledge concern, I was thinking that each sales coordinator should create separate quotation into the system and then get it approved from their division head and finally share the quotation with the Central department. Now Central department will receives all the approved quotation and merge into one.
First of all please let me know
Is this solution is feasible or should i go with another solution?
and if i go with this solution then is it possible to merge the quotation automatically (As i mentioned earlier that number of line can be in three digits).
