Assessment form

Hi everyone,

There is a problem with one of our end user's, When she logs into SALESPRO and search for an opportunity she is not able to find questionnaire under Assessment assignment block. But all her colleagues are able to see. I checked with security people. Her authorization is same as rest of user's. Please advice me on this
