Unknown object type ‘BUS2031’

Hello Gurus,

We are trying to create a CRM Follow-Up Activity from an ERP Quotation Document or an ERP Sales Document, but when we save the activity, we
receive the following message error "Unknown object type 'BUS2031'".
We applied SAP note # 1944737 - BUS2031 error when Email created as follow up to a quotation but still we are having the same issue.
