Populate Search Term1 field with Last Name in BP Replication from CRM to SAP

Hi,

I would like to populate Search Term1 field with Last Name in Business Partner (Consumer) Replication from CRM to SAP. Is it possible to achieve this using the configuration? If not is there is any BADI or userexit that we can use to achieve this functionality? Appreciate quick response.
