Pb quotation follow up opportunity

HI experts,

I'm new on SAP CRM,
I was working on sap crm 7.02 wih best practices

I can't make a CRM quotation from an opportunity (in sapgui or WebUI) (can't find " quotation '" in the list of Documents when I click on follow up)
I verified the Item configuration for quotation : AG AGE AGEC AGC AGSE AGM AGN AGQ

they are all well configured as mentionned in the forum.

Any help please.
