Free of Charge Sales Order in SAP CRM

Hi All,

We have a scenario where we need to create free of charge sales order in SAP CRM.

Please let me know the steps / configuration required for the same.

Also I have some doubt for this process.

1. How we can differentiate normal sales order / Free of charge sales order.

2. For the same material how system will determine that pricing should be done ( in normal order ) and pricing should not be done (in free of charge sales order).

3. In CRM where we can do configuration for determining cost centre for free of charge sales order.

4. In sales order we we can see assigned cost centre.
