We implemented ArchiveLink and it works fine within adding documents to activities.
We do it the following way:
Select activity > open assignment block ‘Attachments’ > click on ‘Advanced’ > select one archive link folder > click button ‘Attachment’ > select an attachment from your local hard disk > save.
We have following problem with quotations.
When selecting transaction type ‘Quotation’ we also have the assignment block ‘attachments’ but we use the button ‘With Template’. When we chose one template it is only saved in source ‘Content Management’ and has no ‘Document Type’ included.
From our point of view it should be possible to automatically save the document to ArchiveLink with the right document type. Is there any option to customize this issue?
