No defaulting of addressee in email

Hello *,

 

when creating an inital email in CRM (not a follow up!) we maintain the account and the affected contact person.

But the email address of the contact person is not transferred into the field of addressee's email address. In this case the email has to be filled in additionally. This is duplication of work the users want to have be avoided.

 

Any suggestions?
