Billing in CRM issue- nothing appears in billing due list

Dear Everybody,

I have configured an item category ZSAL to be relevant for CRM billing in VOV7 "Q".

I have done the necessary configuration in CRM 7.0 for the item category and in the billing section by assigning the relvance indicator.

Nothing appears in BEA_DL_01 (billing due list in CRM).  When I did this manually in the CRM UI the same result happens.
