Account Hierarchy

Hi Experts,

I want to have account hierarchy as shown below in CRM. This account hierarchy will be then used for authorization purpose. Key account manager will be authorized to edit transactions created for accounts below his node.

Node Sales Area 1 will have Employee responsible assigned which will be Key Account Manager for accounts assigned under the Sales Area 1 node.

Node Key ACCT : Sales Area 1 will have Key accounts (Key Customers) assigned under the Sales Area 1 node.

I am going to download account hierarchy from ECC. I am not sure if above account hierarchy can be created in ECC. Please let me know how can I create above hierarchy in ECC. I did'nt find place to assign employee responsible and accounts seperately in ECC.
