I have a problem with customer order;
how to configure aset of productsto its sell componentsand the dependent componentsonthe orderwill bedefaultandoptional?I know thatby editing thelistwhen creatingthe product, we can selectcheckboxesoptional anddefaults,butit does not workproperly. CRMhierarchyconsists of4levels, and the PRODUCTS are divided into5levels.Optionality work correct only in the 4th levelPRODUCTS, does not workon the 3rd and5th level, but this is the samelevelin the CRM hierarchy. Is there a SAP note or this problem isin other place for ex. in SPRO?
