Partner Function issue(SAP CRM)

Hi Friends,

I have an issue regarding Z partner function in CRM. We have created 'Z' partner function Employee Responsible in CRM and assigned to the respective opportunity. As soon as it is transferred to ECC the employee responsible in CRM will be Deleted.

I have checked the config in SPRO CRM-->Basic Functions-->Partner Processing--->Data Transfer--->Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM to SAP ECC which is maintained as

            Function                                 Part Func Cat                 Scenario           R/3 funct             Type: R/3

00000014(Employee responisble)      0008 Person Responsible    CRM                    ZM                       PE.

Please suggest why it is getting deleted as soon as it is transferred to ECC.
