Product list is zero

Hi all,

Need your help in resolving the issue.

We are using CRM 7.0 EHP SP12 (BBPCRM upgraded from SP03 ), from then facing the issue related to Products.

Couldn't able to see the existing products, where Categories and hierarchies list also showing Zero.

i've checked in the tables of COMM_PRODUCT, COMM_HIERARCHIES, COMM_CATEGORIES, all the data related to products available here.

I've gone through all possible searches in SCN, Please help me resolve the issue at the earliest.
