Event /Object type CUMULAT_H not triggering for Complaints - BUS2000120

Dear All,

I have requirement to check if Net Value of the document LT ( -99,999.99)  for  RETURN Orders and GT (+99,999.99)  for Sales Transaction.

So need to check this on change of Quantity and on document SAVE (to restrict from SAVE).  I have created event on BUS2000115 for object 'CUMULAT_H'   and also for Complaints BUS2000120 .

For sales transaction event/object CUMULAT_H  gets triggered whenever I change quantity which in turn changes header net value, and functionality working fine.

However for Return Orders event/object 'CUMULAT_H'  is not getting triggered.

Could you please let me know if any setting required so that above event gets triggered for CUMULAT_H in case of RETURNS.
