Sales order creation from SAP B1 - PI - CRM - ECC

Hi Experts,

We are having a scenario where we need to create a Sales Order in CRM from SAP Business One (ERP) and after creation in CRM it will pass on to R3 system for invoicing.

Customer is sending quotation from SAP Business One which is passing through PI and then reaching to CRM to create a Sales order. This is the design we need to follow to make it happen,

Kindly suggest below mentioned points

1. 1. BAPI / RFC for interface
2. 2. Any best practice Note available

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
