Hi Experts,
We have a scenario of Complaint creation in CRM and replication to ECC as Sales order for logistic and billing activity
It was properly working before but due to some activity in ECC we change number range of CRM complaint and ECC sales order both identical, after that document is properly replicating to ECC but no document flow is coming back to CRM related to Goods delivery & billing as it was before.
What may be the season of such discrepancy need help to overcome.
