I have few queries on Status Management an Transaction Control. Screen Shots are attached to explain the case.
I understand that first an Status Profile is Created (Say ZLEAD) and as per Client Requirement User Statuses are entered.
On clicking an User Status (Say "Accepted by Prospect") we come to the screen for Transaction control. Here Radio Buttons of certain Business transactions are Set. System performs the selected Business Transaction when the corresponding User Status is selected in Transaction.
Now My Question How One can Decide that which Business Transaction are to be set in Transactin Control?? Or what is the Criteria of selecting Business Transactions for a User Status??
Same Question for System Status (Trans. Column)- what is the Criteria of selecting Busines System Status for a User Status??
Also if one can answer what is the criteria for selecting Object Types for a Status Profile, given that I know in which Transaction Type(Say Quotation: AG) it will be assigned??
