Hi ladies and gents,
When I search for an account (in the SAP CRM 7 Web UI) using search help and the filter for Account Classification it returns 0 results every time.
I have made sure that the account exists in the sales org.
I enter sales org, division, distribution channel etc. And still 0 results.
The customers are created in ECC.
Could this be the problem?
The aim is to shorten the list of possible results for the user within a specific sales org. The organisation is massive and when searching we would like the accounts ONLY in that sales org to be displayed. This is why i am trying to use this filter. Currently when one searches without the filter it returns all possible results from multiple sales orgs within the company. Resulting in pages of possible accounts to choose from.
If anyone knows what the problem could be please advise.
