I am new in SAP CRM....
As per my understanding A product/Process Change Notification is a docuent sent to customers describing product or process changes,the reasons for the change and the projected impact of the change.
In my case if any changes arises from Engineering change management and change request is generated,it should flow to the customer with all information of process change.After viewing that document customer has flexibility to accept or reject the PCN (process change notification).It should also contain the approval process.
My query is whether such type of flexibility is available in SAP CRM where all the notification is triggered.Customer will be able to modify/update the PCN or record the request.
