we use Best Practices for pre-sales processes.
For this one scenario is to create an email as follow-up of an opportunity. So far so good. But in standard all attachments of the opportunity are transferred to the email automatically.
This behavior is not required. What do we have to do to disable this?
Is the only possibility to implement BADI CRM_COPY_BADI?
