Our Customer wants a Activity as a follow-up-document to an ECC-Order.
The CRM-Process should work like this:
- Over a customer account in CRM the employee opens a ECC-Quote in WebUI
- The employee create a appointment to this ECC-Quote which have a reference to this quote
In the customizing settings we try to add the appointment as a follow-up-transaction, but it will not work. Do we have any possibility to create a appointment from the ECC-Quote in the WebUI as a follow-up-Transaction or maybe over the assignment block "Activitys" when we make it visible over the component workbench? As i see in any help the activitys should work as a follow-up-transaction.
What is the easiest way?
