Cannot get questionnaire HTML string - Survey in the Opportunity

Hi Gurus,

I'm facing a problem in the Opportunity, I try to display a Survey, but the system send the next message:

"Cannot get questionnarie HTML string"

I already check the SICF in order to actívate the next services:

CRM_SVY_PUBLIC

CRM_SVY_SERVER

SVY_H

SVY_M

SVY_POPUPS

SVY_S

But I didn't have success.

If anybody have a idea or suggestion to solve this problem, i'll be gratefull.
