SAP CRM collect data and use in CRM.

Hi Yaa –  One of the requirement we have was to collect customer and sales data from a 3^rd party company and want to create functionality in SAP CRM to pull that data in to their SAP CRM system and use it in a useable format. Kindly advise any functionalities in SAP CRM provides in order to achieve this requirement. Document to read is also helpful.
