Issue with Multiple Shiptoparties

HI,

I am having a problem crating a sales order in CRM with multiple ship to parties.

When I place an order in CRM I am not able to enter Ship to party a the item level partners.

All the partners at the item level are grayed out.

I am trying to create a  sales order through backend "CRMD_ORDER" transaction.

We use SAP ECC as our back end ERP system.

I can place an order with multiple Ship To parties (different ship to parties at item level) in ECC directly.

can some one tell me what I am missing.
