We are in the process of upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7. The territory structure has migrated across and we are using the transaction CRM_TERRMAN_DATA_MIG to convert attributes to Rule Statements.
We have created Rule Sets in the Web UI >> Rule Policies for Rule Builder and assigned the rule set to the Territories listed in transaction CRM_TERRMAN_DATA_MIG (as above).
After executing the program we check the Rule Set in the Web UI and a Rule Statement has been added. This Rule statement contains the mapping of customer accounts to territories.
Next we run CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL in Initial Mode to assign the customer accounts to the territories but this job is not updating the territories. How do we use the Rule statement to assign accounts to the territories?
If I assign the Rule Set ZTerritory 004 directly to the territory then I cannot use the Rule Statement created via transaction CRM_TERRMAN_DATA_MIG? and I must manually build the rules again?
