Product Package

Dear SAP CRM guru,

I read about a product solution for telco industry that using product package

and the try to create a product package according this documentation

but when i want to set a relationship type in the product categories, i doesnt see the relationship type

• Sales Components
•     SCSLC Sales Components (SC)
•     SCP2G Product Groups for SC
•     SCTXS Explanations for SC

Can someone tell me how can i enable the relatioship type? are there Customizing tree for produt relationship type?

and are there how to guide document for product package in telco?
