Return Order triggered by CRM Complaints should update the document flow in ECC

Dear All,

Greetings!

Have created a standard order with sales (TAN) line item in ECC 6.0. The order is now replicated to CRM 7.0 EHP 2. Have created a delivery and did PGI against the order in ECC.

With reference to the ERP Sales Order, have created a complaints transaction in CRM with a return request line item in it.

This return request has created a return order in ECC but the document flow is not updated in ECC. I

The complete document flow should look as follows;

ECC Sales Order XXXX

          Delivery YYYY

                  Material Doc. AAAA

Return Order ZZZZ

          Return Delivery YYYY

                  Material Doc, BBBB
