change history not coming as expected

Hi Team,

I create a table view under relationship level through AET.

And in that table if i insert 3 records at a time ,and i come back to account header and when i click on save data saved properly. But in change history i am getting only 1 entry created.

And in the table CDHDR level i am able to see the all entries (3 entries in my scenario).

In the same way i create another table in account hearder level.

Here if i insert 3 records at a time and i click on save data saved and in change histrory also i am able to see 3 creatd records.

Why it is behaving like this in these two cases.

How can we achive the same for under relationship level also.
