Hello CRM experts,
We understand that SAP 360 Customer is a separante licensed product from SAP CRM.
We want to know how we can activate this license on the SAP CRM system through any SOFTWARE COMPONENT, Business function or any addon ?
How is the product configured on the SAP CRM box.
Can you please provide guidance on the same. I am really lost.
